Stephanie was genuine in her approach and clearly passionate about the field. I wanted more time to keep connecting through shared experiences. Part of healing is getting things off your chest and we had a lot to learn from each other; she makes you feel more supported and not alone.

What is a Glimmer (retreat)?
A Glimmer is the opposite of A Trigger. A trigger can be any stimuli or situation that reminds us of a past trauma – sometimes even subconsciously – or causes a painful memory to reemerge. A trigger can be any sensory reminder of a past trauma.
At our Glimmer + Glamping Retreat we focus on being and staying present, while sharing our own stories in a safe and confidential space. The modalites at our retreat will assist guests in finding ways to resource themselves, while enjoying a positive and fun weekend.
